Being a motivational speaker is a natural fit for me. It allows me to artfully combine my comedic skills with my experience and expertise as a Life Coach. I use it to deliver an important message about the power of a positive attitude, the importance of self-acceptance, and steps that help my audience get back in touch with what their life mission is.
My talks offer a funny, insightful and entertaining look at fear, resistance, change, and choices. I combine the magic of motivation, content and humor to help people manage stress, find their personal power, and get re-inspired in their lives. Laughter always keeps the energy high, and the attention and retention at an optimum level.
I encourage people to find the comedy in their catastrophes by showing them my own. I raised two children for 20 years as a single mother and struggled to balance a full time job at a bank, and build a successful comedy career. When I turned 50, I remarried and went back to school at NYU to get my Professional Certification in Life Coaching. Along the way there were many obstacles and setbacks that I later realized gave me my "life muscle". Many of these stories and teachable moments are in my book "Who's Better Than Me? A Guide to Living Happily Ever After".
My audiences leave feeling more empowered, energized, happy and hopeful about their lives.
